Golfer’s Massage

This massage is customized to work on the golfer’s specific areas of tension. We combine deep tissue massage techniques and gentle stretches to relax those tires achy muscles. (Can be modified to fit any sport.)

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This massage stimulates the lymphatic system, which in turn detoxifies the body. It is a very soft, gentle massage performed with the use of specific contouring creams to help firm and tone the skin. Great for pre/postoperative clients to speed recovery time and reduce swelling.

Reflexology

Performed on hands or feet, reflexology focuses on specific pressure points that correspond with points on the rest of your body. Massaging these pressure points will relax your body as a whole.
