Christy is our surgery scheduler. She has previous experience in scheduling from Cross Creek Asthma and Allergy. Her responsibilities include obtaining insurance precertification, scheduling operations, and coordinating combined operations performed with other surgical specialties. Christy also provides financial information to patients who are considering cosmetic surgery. Our patients are grateful for her ability to schedule their operation at a convenient date and in a timely manner.

What is the Keller Funnel?
The Keller Funnel is an unique device that makes the insertion of silicone gel implants simple. Previously, silicone gel implants could only be done through a large incision. Now, because of the physicians of Upstate Plastic Surgery, implants may be inserted through a much smaller axillary *or* periareolar incision. In addition, the risk of infection and trauma to the implant is significantly decreased.
