Yevette is the office manager for Upstate Plastic Surgery. Yevette has 24 years of experience working in medical offices at all levels. She has been at Upstate Plastic Surgery since 2004 and came to us from Cardiology Consultants in Spartanburg. She is particularly knowledgeable about health insurance. Her expertise and efficiency have been a wonderful addition to our office.

What is the Keller Funnel?
The Keller Funnel is an unique device that makes the insertion of silicone gel implants simple. Previously, silicone gel implants could only be done through a large incision. Now, because of the physicians of Upstate Plastic Surgery, implants may be inserted through a much smaller axillary *or* periareolar incision. In addition, the risk of infection and trauma to the implant is significantly decreased.
