At the time of your quote, your coordinator will be happy to provide you with information on companies whom we recommend for this service. We do not offer any in-house financing. We do require that the balance be paid in full by or on the day of your pre-operative visit. This is usually 2 weeks prior to your surgery date. We also require 10% of the total to be paid in order to book your surgery. You will also be given a refund policy which is included with your quote. We accept personal checks 2 weeks prior to your surgery date or we will accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, certified check or cash less than two weeks prior to your surgery.
Our consultation fee is $100.00 and will be applied to your surgery if you book within four months of that consultation.
