What is the Keller Funnel?

The Keller Funnel is an unique device that makes the insertion of silicone gel implants simple. Previously, silicone gel implants could only be done through a large incision. Now, because of the physicians of Upstate Plastic Surgery, implants may be inserted through a much smaller axillary *or* periareolar incision.
